Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov, an American actress, who has been playing in Awkward since 2011 she is known best as Sadie Saxton. Tarlov was the smallest of two girls, was raised and born in Manhattan, New York. When she was 10 She began her acting career in the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. Seventh graders who were in the theater very impressed. Her summers were spent studying at NYU Tisch as well as at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training in a variety of styles. The Atlantic Theater Company was an additional place where she learned. Molly also integrated writing into her show in the LAByrinth Theatre master class. Molly changed her dark winter jacket in exchange for a pair of sunglasses in black and set off to Los Angeles. Her parents were awestruck with her performance consisting of just three lines on iCarly. Since then, she has appeared on television in numerous roles. In addition, she created the character Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly likes to think she's a basketball pro although she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
