Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best known for playing strong yet vulnerable character. Linney is from a theatre background, since her father was a playwright Romulus Linney. She studied Arts Theatre School at Moscow, then graduated with her M.F.A. from Juilliard School. at New York City in 1990. The year 1990 was the year she started her Broadway career.
